How to place order:

2. We will reply your email for confirmation of item(s) availability and total amount payable (included delivery charges), as well as bank/s details for payment purposes.

3. Make payment within 48hours.

4. After payment made, please notify us via email or FB Message with the following details:-



ü Name,

ü Order Number,

ü Transaction reference number

ü Date & Time of Payment

**PS: You may bank in extra money due to the reason that the machine can only accept minimum RM10 notes. NO WORRIES! We’ll put the remaining change back into your parcel.**



5. Delivery will be arranged within the next postal date once FULL payment has been received. However please understand we cannot guarantee the expected delivery date as this will depend on circumstances arising from the courier’s convenience. We will notify you once the order dispatched, including shipping date and the parcel tracking number. You can trace your parcel via Pos Malaysia at http://www.pos.com.my/pos/appl/service/sub_poslaju

Terms & Conditions



1.All items are sold on a first come first served basis (payment).
2.2Everything we sell is of highest quality, condition and design. Returns may be granted on a case-by-case basis if you feel the item has been misrepresented. We want everyone to be happy, so if there is any issue, just email us and we will assist you.
3.This no return no exchange policy falls under item with colour differences from picture to actual. Please note computer monitor setting vary and may depict the shade differently from the actual.
4.Goods are ordered in bulk, therefore may not be free from flaws e.g. tiny mold spots, loose thread/buttons, sewing lining issue etc. Such orders are not defective and are not returnable.
5.We understand that every baby grows differently; hence, we will try to provide the details of size measurement for every item to satisfy your needs. If you are still doubt on the cutting/sizes, please CHECK before placing/confirm the order.
6.Strictly no exchange except for defective goods (customer MUST prove that by providing a photo of the defective item to be fair for both parties) or if the item is different from your order. You may contact us within 48hours; otherwise your issue will not be served.
7.Money will be refund if the model is out of stock or you might ex-change with other design.
8.Payment must be made within 48hours upon receiving of confirmation email. If you needs more time with the payment, please communicate with us or else the order will be void.
9.Cancel order is not allowed after payment has been made.
10.All items will be delivered once FULL payment has been received.
11.We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
12.Customer should bear all the postage/delivery costs for goods return.
13.All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
14.We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.
